I’m Georgie, one half of the Flywheel Studios founding team, and leader on all things related to Strategy & Product Marketing.

How I got here…
My career thus far has been a wiggly one but one that has always brought me back to doing what I do best, coming up with smart stratgies to help great start-ups grow. The full story (+ pictures) is here for you below.
In my early 20s, I launched a sustainable leisurewear brand, donating profits to ocean clean-up initiatives...
...it took off! We sold internationally and partnered with world champion surfers and free divers — but I was figuring marketing out as I went...
...determined to learn how to "do marketing properly" I packed up my van and moved to London to work at a friends agency and learn on the job...
... that led to a role at Deliveroo during its rocketship years, where I learned from world-class marketers and creatives...
... after some years at Deliveroo I discovered product marketing: the discipline that connects product, messaging, and customers...
... with knowledge secured, I decided to go back to start-up land, joining an early-stage tech startup to build their go-to-market strategy and launch their product from scratch..
... after a few years I realised I wanted to work with more than one brand at a time, so I took the leap and left my full time role, to become an independent consultant, working solely with start-ups...
... several months into consulting, after lots of client sharing with an old friend and fantastic designer, we decided to join forces and start Flywheel Studios (more details on that below)...
... today, I co-run Flywheel Studios, leading the strategy side of things to help first-time founders launch and scale their businesses using Product Marketing principles.
